This program is ideal in that it allows a two-three year runway of concentrated specialized training to allow future planters to invest intentionally in their spiritual, personal, leadership, and ministry development.

Components

Development Sessions Fellows meet weekly from September to June for seminars, discussion, and study with seasoned practitioners.

Field Ministry Immersion Fellows spend thirty-fifty hours per week in a field ministry assignment under the supervision of a NYC pastor.
